Alma Cersius produces wines from Pays d'Oc, the expansive southern French region known for sun-ripened fruit and approachable character. The winery's portfolio centers on two flagship blends: In Vino Erotico Blanc, a white blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay that marries the floral weight of Viognier with the crisp minerality of Sauvignon Blanc; and In Vino Erotico Rosé, built from Cinsault, Shiraz, and Grenache—a combination that draws on the region's Mediterranean warmth.
