Antonio Roncolato works in Soave, the historic white wine region of Veneto in northern Italy. The winery produces wines rooted in the region's classical varieties and terroir. Carcera Soave Classico, made from Garganega, expresses the mineral precision and green-fruit character typical of Soave's volcanic soils. The winery also makes Amarone della Valpolicella, the dried-grape wine from nearby Valpolicella, blending Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara into a structured, concentrated red.
