Ardèvol
Ardèvol produces wines from Priorat, the steep-terraced region of Catalunya known for dense, structured reds built on slate and schist soils. The winery's portfolio centers on Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon, often blended with Syrah, Merlot, and Cariñena—varieties that thrive in Priorat's continental climate and demanding terrain. Terra d'hom, the flagship blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, and Cariñena, has drawn attention from Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate. Anjoli, a five-varietal blend anchored by Cabernet and Syrah, and Coma d'en Romeu, a complex mix of Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet, and Carignan, round out the core range.
