Audelssa produces Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux blends from Sonoma County, in California's North Coast region. The winery's portfolio centers on two expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon: the Mountain Terraces Reserve, which has drawn attention from Wine Advocate and Wine Enthusiast, and the Mountain Terraces bottling. Summit, a five-varietal blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot, rounds out the core range.
