Barlow

Barlow produces wines from Calistoga, the northernmost appellation of Napa Valley, where volcanic soils and warm days create conditions for ripe, structured reds. The winery's Cabernet Franc expresses the varietal's characteristic dark fruit and mineral tension. Barrouge, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot, demonstrates the complexity that emerges from combining these complementary varieties. A straight Merlot rounds out the portfolio, offering the softness and plum-forward character the grape is known for. Wines from Barlow have been reviewed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter.
