The Chianti Classico Riserva deepens the profile with Merlot alongside Sangiovese, adding weight and complexity. Yaro Rosso di Toscana, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, shifts toward the darker fruit and structure characteristic of Bordeaux varieties grown in central Italian soil.
