Calina

Calina produces wines from Chile's Maule Valley, a region in the Central Valley known for its warm days, cool nights, and mineral-rich soils. The winery focuses on varietals suited to the valley's climate: Merlot, Carmenère, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Its Merlot displays the ripe fruit and structure characteristic of the region, while the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon–Carmenère blend marries the dark berry depth of Cabernet with Carmenère's distinctive spice and texture. The Reserva Carmenère, a varietal expression, captures the grape's earthy complexity and peppery notes. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Falstaff.
