The Monopolio Pinot Grigio Spumante Brut, a méthode classica expression, shows the precision and mineral tension that define the region's sparkling wines. The still Monopolio Pinot Grigio offers the variety's characteristic citrus and stone-fruit profile with the crisp acidity Veneto is known for. The winery also produces Monopolio Lessini Durello Millesimato, built from Durella, a local grape that thrives in the limestone soils of the Lessini foothills.
