Casa de Saima works the granite soils and Atlantic-influenced climate of Bairrada, in Portugal's Beiras region. The winery draws on local varieties—Maria Gomes, Sercial, and Bical for whites; Baga and Touriga Nacional for reds and rosés. Vinhas Velhas, a white blend of Maria Gomes, Sercial, and Bical, anchors the portfolio. A dry rosé built from Baga and Touriga Nacional offers the structure and minerality typical of Bairrada's cooler terroir. The Garrafeira, aged Baga, rounds out the range.
