Casanovas produces sparkling wines from Catalunya, Spain's northeastern region renowned for Cava production. The winery works with the traditional Cava grapes—Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada—alongside Pinot Noir, crafting bottles that have drawn assessment from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Advocate. The Brut Nature Pinot Noir Rosado Eco, made from Pinot Noir, represents the winery's approach to dry, unadulterated sparkling wine. Its Cava Brut Nature, built from the classic Catalan trio, and Cava Glac Nature Brut Rosé, which blends those same varieties with Pinot Noir, round out a focused portfolio of zero-dosage and minimal-intervention sparkling wines.
