Château Dereszla produces wines from Tokaj, Hungary's legendary sweet wine region. The winery focuses on Aszú Eszencia wines—complex expressions built from Furmint and Hárslevelű, the region's signature grapes. The Imperium Aszú Eszencia and Aszú Eszencia represent the upper tier of the portfolio, while the Aszú 6 puttonyos, crafted from Furmint alone, offers another expression of the region's distinctive terroir. Tokaj's volcanic soils and continental climate create the conditions for botrytis-affected grapes that yield wines of concentrated sweetness and mineral precision.
