Château des Arras produces wines from Bordeaux Supérieur, the region's elevated appellation for structured red blends. The flagship Bordeaux Supérieur marries Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon into a wine rated 87.3 by prestige critics including Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator. A secondary Bordeaux blend follows similar proportions at a slightly lower intensity. The winery also makes Cuvée Gaïa, a white blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, and Sémillon—grapes that bring aromatic complexity and mineral tension to the Right Bank's traditionally red-focused terroir.
