Château des Tours produces wines from Vaucluse, in the Méditerranée region of southern France. The winery's portfolio centers on Grenache and Syrah-based blends, grapes that thrive in the warm, sun-exposed terroirs of the southern Rhône. Les Tours Grenache Blanc Réserve, a white wine made from Grenache Blanc, represents the winery's work with the region's signature varieties. The Vacqueyras, a blend of Grenache and Syrah, and the Côtes du Rhône, which combines Cinsault, Syrah, and Grenache, round out the core range. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Falstaff. The house works within the Vin de Pays classification, allowing flexibility in grape selection and winemaking while maintaining the character of southern French viticulture.
