Château du Juge sits in Cadillac–Côtes de Bordeaux, a right-bank appellation known for structured red blends and crisp whites. The estate produces Cru Camille Cadillac–Côtes de Bordeaux Rouge, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend that anchors the portfolio. Alongside this red, the winery makes two white wines: Bordeaux Sec and Bordeaux Blanc, both built from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. These whites capture the mineral and herbaceous character typical of Bordeaux's left-bank whites, while the red expresses the darker fruit and tannin structure of the right bank.
