Château Grand Ormeau sits in Lalande-de-Pomerol, the Right Bank appellation adjacent to Pomerol proper, where clay and iron-rich soils yield structured, elegant reds. The estate produces two principal wines. Cuvée Madeleine blends Merlot and Cabernet Franc into a supple expression of the terroir. The flagship Lalande-de-Pomerol draws from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, balancing the region's signature plushness with linear acidity and mineral spine.
