Château Mondorion produces wines from Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, the prestigious heart of Bordeaux's Right Bank. The flagship Saint-Émilion Grand Cru blends Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec—a structure typical of the appellation's clay and limestone terroirs. Étoiles de Mondorion, a Merlot and Cabernet Franc blend, offers a secondary expression of the estate's approach to the Grand Cru designation. The winery also produces Le Rosé de Mondorion, a dry rosé built on Merlot. Wines from Château Mondorion have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff.
