Clos Sainte Magdeleine

Clos Sainte Magdeleine produces wines from Cassis, the smallest and most prestigious appellation in Provence. The estate's flagship white, Bel-Arme Cassis, blends Marsanne, Ugni Blanc, and Clairette into a wine that has drawn attention from Wine Spectator and Decanter. Marie de Magdala Rosé, made from Grenache, represents the region's celebrated rosé tradition. The Côtes de Provence red combines Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah—a structure typical of southern Rhône varieties grown in Provence's Mediterranean climate. Cassis, sheltered by limestone hills and cooled by sea breezes, has long specialized in mineral-driven whites and dry rosés. The winery's portfolio reflects this terroir: precision over extraction, freshness over weight.
