Coursodon produces wines from Saint-Joseph, a northern Rhône appellation defined by steep granite slopes and continental climate. The winery's portfolio centers on the region's two principal varieties: Syrah for red wines and the white blend of Roussanne and Marsanne. Saint-Joseph Silice, a Syrah-based expression, reflects the mineral character of its terroir, while Saint-Joseph Le Paradis Saint-Pierre Blanc showcases the aromatic complexity and structure that Roussanne and Marsanne bring to northern Rhône whites. The red Le Paradis Saint-Pierre, also Syrah, rounds the core range. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. Saint-Joseph itself is known for elegant, age-worthy reds and distinctive whites—a profile Coursodon's selections embody through careful site selection and varietal expression.
