De Stefani produces wine in Veneto, in the northeast of Italy, where the Piave River valley has long supported viticulture. The winery focuses on indigenous grapes suited to the region's climate and soils. Raboso Piave, a dark-skinned variety native to the area, forms the backbone of two flagship wines: Raboso Vigneto Terre Nobili and Malanotte del Piave. Both have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Advocate. The winery also works with Marzemino, another regional variety, in Stèfen 1624. These wines reflect the character of Veneto's terroir—a landscape where tradition and local expression shape the bottle.
