Disznókó
Disznókó produces the noble sweet wines of Tokaj, Hungary's legendary region. The winery's portfolio centers on Aszú expressions—wines made from botrytis-affected grapes that concentrate into viscous, complex liquids of remarkable depth. The Tokaji Kapi Vineyard Aszu 6 Puttonyos, built from Furmint, represents the pinnacle of this style, while the Tokaji Eszencia, a blend of Furmint, Hárslevelű, and Muscat Blanc, captures the region's aromatic and honeyed character at maximum intensity. The Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos rounds the core range. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator and Decanter. Tokaj's volcanic soils and continental climate create conditions where noble rot thrives, yielding wines of balance between sweetness and acidity—a signature of the region's finest producers.
