Domaine de Castelnau works within Pays d'Oc, the expansive southern French region known for its Mediterranean climate and diverse varietal expression. The domaine's portfolio centers on three core wines. Épicerie de Castelnau Blanc blends Muscat Blanc, Ugni Blanc, and Colombard into an aromatic white.
