Domaine de Fontsainte produces wines from Corbières Boutenac, a sub-region of Languedoc-Roussillon known for structured reds built on Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah. The flagship Clos du Centurion Corbières Boutenac blends these three varieties, anchored by the region's signature Carignan and the warmth of Grenache. A more direct expression arrives in the Corbières Rouge, a single-varietal Carignan that captures the mineral and savory character of the appellation. The Reserve La Demoiselle Corbières combines Grenache and Carignan for a fuller-bodied interpretation. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter.
