Domaine des Fontnobles produces wines from Vacqueyras, in the Southern Rhône Valley. The winery's Gigondas—a blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, and Grenache—has been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. Its Vacqueyras, built from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, rounds out the portfolio. Both wines reflect the Southern Rhône's warm-climate character: ripe stone fruit, structured tannins, and the mineral backbone typical of the region's schist and limestone soils. The Gigondas shows particular depth and complexity, while the Vacqueyras offers approachability without sacrificing structure. These are serious expressions of Southern Rhône terroir.
