Domaine du Vieux Lazaret
Domaine du Vieux Lazaret produces wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Southern Rhône's most celebrated appellation. The estate works with the region's signature varieties: Grenache as the foundation of its core red, supplemented by Mourvedre and Syrah in the Cuvée Exceptionnelle. On the white side, a blend of Clairette, Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne captures the mineral and floral character typical of the appellation's pale wines. Châteauneuf-du-Pape reds are known for their power and spice, built on ripe fruit and structured tannins; the whites offer aromatic complexity and freshness.
