Domaine Tollot-Beaut works the slopes of Corton in Côte de Beaune, one of Burgundy's most prestigious Grand Cru sites. The domaine produces both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from this hallowed terroir. Its Corton-Bressandes and Corton-Charlemagne Grand Crus—a red and white pairing from the same vineyard—represent the dual character of the appellation. The Pinot Noirs show the structure and mineral precision that define Corton's reds, while the Chardonnay expresses the richness and complexity the site imparts to white Burgundy. A third expression, Corton Grand Cru, rounds out the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Wine Enthusiast.
