Domaine Zumbaum Tomasi

Domaine Zumbaum Tomasi works the Languedoc appellation, where Mediterranean sun and limestone soils shape wines of substance and precision. The domaine's whites and reds alike draw from the region's classical varieties. Pic-Saint-Loup Clos Maginiai Blanc, made from Grenache Blanc, and Clos Maginiai L'Égrégore Pic Saint-Loup, a Syrah-Grenache blend, represent the house's core expression. Both have been assessed by Wine Spectator. The whites carry the mineral tension and citrus character typical of Grenache Blanc in this terroir, while the reds echo the garrigue-tinged structure Languedoc brings to its Syrah and Grenache. The domaine operates within a region long defined by its ability to produce serious, food-friendly wines at measured price points.
