The winery works primarily with Sangiovese, the region's signature variety—a grape that yields wines of structure, acidity, and earthy depth. The Cancello Rosso Chianti Classico Gran Selezione and Chianti Classico Riserva, a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, represent the core of the portfolio.
