Ferret
Ferret produces sparkling wine in Cava, Spain's renowned region for traditional-method fizz. The house works with the classic Cava blend of Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel-lo—grapes that thrive in the limestone soils of northeastern Spain and yield wines of mineral precision and fine bubbles. Ferret's Brut Nature, made from this traditional trio, expresses the region's characteristic balance of orchard fruit and saline minerality. The Brut Nature Rosat, a rosé expression, adds another dimension to the portfolio. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator. Cava's cool climate and extended aging in underground cellars create the conditions for complexity in a dry, food-friendly format—wines suited to aperitif service or the table.
