Finca Míllara

Finca Míllara operates in Ribeira Sacra, Galicia's steep-terraced river valley where granite slopes and Atlantic influence shape distinctive wines. The winery's portfolio centers on regional varieties: Mencía, the dark-skinned grape that defines red Ribeira Sacra with structure and mineral tension, and the white duo of Albariño and Godello, which thrive in Galicia's cool maritime climate. El Nido del Cvco, the winery's flagship, demonstrates the depth achievable in this demanding terrain. Blanco, a white blend of Albariño and Godello, captures the aromatic precision and acidity the region is known for. Cuesta de los Olivos, built from Mencía, shows the variety's capacity for complexity on these challenging slopes. The wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter.
