Foss Marai produces sparkling wines from Veneto in Northern Italy, working primarily with Glera—the grape at the heart of Prosecco. The winery's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry balances the variety's characteristic stone fruit and floral notes with crisp acidity, while the Cardinal Prosecco Brut offers a drier expression of the same terroir. Beyond Prosecco, Foss Marai crafts 78 Spumanti Brut Rosé from a blend of Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, and Montepulciano, bringing darker berry tones and structural complexity to the sparkling format.
