Garbole produces Amarone and Recioto from Veneto's Valpolicella region, where the appassimento method—drying grapes to concentrate their sugars—defines the style. The winery's flagship Hatteso Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva, built from Rondinella and Corvina Veronese, has drawn assessment from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. The core Amarone della Valpolicella, a blend of Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella, shows the region's signature depth and structure. Hestremo Recioto della Valpolicella, the sweeter sibling made from the same trio of grapes, rounds the portfolio.
