Henry Fessy produces wines from Bourgogne, drawing on the region's classical traditions in Gamay and Chardonnay. The winery's portfolio centers on Fleurie, where Gamay thrives in the granite-based soils of this northern Beaujolais cru. Le Pavillon Fleurie, the flagship expression, captures the variety's characteristic brightness and mineral tension. A secondary offering, simply labeled Fleurie, presents a more approachable iteration of the same terroir. Beyond red wine, Maître Bonhome Viré-Cléssé demonstrates the winery's range in white production, a Chardonnay-based wine from the Mâcon subregion that balances richness with acidity. The wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Wine Enthusiast.
