Hétszölö produces the iconic sweet wines of Tokaj, Hungary's legendary region. The winery's portfolio centers on Tokaji Eszencia and Tokaji Aszú—wines built from Furmint grapes affected by noble rot, a natural process that concentrates sugars and creates the region's signature complexity. The Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos and 5 Puttonyos represent different levels of botrytis intensity, with the higher-numbered expression delivering greater richness.
