Hey produces wines from Saale-Unstrut, Germany's continental wine region in the east. The winery focuses on two classical German varieties: Riesling and Spätburgunder. The Steinmeister Riesling GG, a dry Riesling from the region's steep vineyard sites, represents the winery's work with the variety.
