Hilltop produces wines from Neszmély, a distinctive subregion of Észak-Dunántúl in northern Hungary. The winery's portfolio centers on both traditional Hungarian varieties and international grapes suited to the region's continental climate. Its flagship Tokaji Aszú 5 Puttonyos—a blend of Furmint, Muscatel, and Hárslevelű—represents the historic sweet wine tradition of the area, earning recognition from Wine Spectator and Decanter. The Woodcutter's White Cserszegi Füszeres showcases a native Hungarian variety, while a Gewürztraminer–Sauvignon Blanc blend demonstrates the winery's approach to aromatic white wines.
