The winery focuses on Mediterranean and Southern European varieties suited to the region's sun-drenched conditions. Its flagship Leask Grenache demonstrates the potential of Grenache in this terroir, joined by a Grenache-Touriga Nacional blend that marries Spanish and Portuguese traditions. A Nero d'Avola rounds out the portfolio, bringing the dark, structured character of Sicily's signature grape to Australian soil.
