Kanu produces wines from Stellenbosch, in the Coastal Region of South Africa's Western Cape. The winery's portfolio centers on Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chenin Blanc—grapes that thrive in this maritime-influenced terroir. The Shiraz expresses the dark fruit and spice typical of the variety in this region, while the Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon offers the structure and depth Stellenbosch is known for. The Kia-Ora Noble Late Harvest, made from Chenin Blanc, captures the grape's natural sweetness and complexity.
