Lenoble

Lenoble produces Champagne from the region's classic varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The house's Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne Grand Cru 'Chouilly' draws from pure Chardonnay grown in the chalky soils of Chouilly, expressing the mineral precision for which the cru is recognized. Its Blanc de Noirs Bisseuil Brut Champagne Premier Cru, built on Pinot Noir from Bisseuil, showcases the darker fruit and structure that Pinot brings to Champagne's blends. The Mag 15 Dégorgement Tardif, a multi-varietal cuvée aged on its lees before late disgorging, demonstrates a more textural approach to the region's traditional method. Wines from Lenoble have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Decanter, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, and Wine Enthusiast.
