Les Galets produces wine in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Southern Rhône's most prestigious appellation. The region's sun-baked terroir—defined by its famous galets (smooth river stones) that radiate heat—shapes wines of power and depth. The winery's Châteauneuf-du-Pape blends Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, the classic southern Rhône triumvirate. Grenache provides the wine's core of ripe red fruit and spice; Syrah adds structure and dark berry notes; Mourvèdre contributes tannin and earthy complexity. The resulting wine carries the region's signature character: full-bodied, warm-toned, and built for aging. Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator have rated the bottling.
