Les Olympes produces wines from Côtes-du-Rhône in the Southern Rhône Valley, a region defined by sun-baked hillsides and the mistral wind that shapes its character. The winery's Gigondas—a blend of Mourvedre, Grenache, and Syrah—expresses the darker, more structured side of Southern Rhône fruit, with the density and grip that the appellation's best sites deliver.
