Mas des Cabres produces wines from Languedoc, the sprawling Mediterranean region of southern France known for bold, sun-ripened reds built on indigenous and classic varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on Rhône-inflected blends that capture the garrigue-scented character of the Sommières terroir. Libres Pensées Sommières—a blend of Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache—and La Draille Sommières, which combines Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache, represent the house's core expression.
