Merum Priorati crafts wines from Priorat, the steep-terraced region of Catalunya known for dense, mineral-driven reds. El Cel, a field blend of Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, represents the winery's approach to complexity and structure.
