Millésimé Cellars

Millésimé Cellars produces wines from California's Santa Ynez Valley, a region in Santa Barbara County known for its maritime influence and diverse terroir. The winery's portfolio centers on two principal expressions: Viognier, the aromatic white varietal that thrives in the valley's warm days and cool nights, and Bleu Saphir, a Cabernet Sauvignon–led blend with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. A third offering, Lumiere du Fleur, reverses the proportions, anchoring Merlot and Cabernet Franc with Cabernet Sauvignon.
