Mont-Ferrant produces sparkling wines in Cava, Spain's principal appellation for traditional-method bottled fermentation. The house works with the region's classic trio of grapes—Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada—each contributing structure, body, and aromatic complexity to the final blend. Cava Berta Bouzy Extra Brut, the flagship, combines all three varieties in a dry, mineral-driven expression. The L'Americano Brut Reserva and Gran Cuvée Brut Reserva extend the range with extended aging that deepens texture and develops secondary flavors. Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast have rated these releases, with Berta Bouzy achieving particular recognition among prestige critics.
