The Cava Aureum Gran Reserva, a blend of Parellada, Xarel-lo, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, represents the winery's top-rated expression, while the Cava Extremarium de Mont Marçal Reserva Brut combines Parellada, Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Xarel-lo for a more austere profile.
