Paradeiser

Paradeiser is situated in Weinland, the easternmost wine region of Niederösterreich, Austria's largest wine-producing state. The winery focuses on two cornerstone varieties of Austrian viticulture: Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. Its Riesling expresses the mineral precision and aromatic intensity characteristic of the region, while the Grüner Veltliner Kabinett—a lighter, off-dry style—captures the crisp, herbaceous character for which Austria's signature white is prized. Both wines have been assessed by Falstaff, the influential German wine publication. Weinland's continental climate and sandy soils create conditions suited to these cool-climate whites, which thrive on the interplay between ripeness and acidity.
