Parxet produces Cava from the traditional trio of Spanish grapes: Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada. The Mallorca Cava Brut Reserva, the winery's highest-rated expression, balances the mineral precision and orchard fruit these varieties bring to the region's cool-climate sparkling wines. The Gran Reserva M.C. and Cava Cuvée 21 Brut follow, each built from the same foundational blend but aged and styled to reveal different facets of the terroir. Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast have both assessed Parxet's portfolio, recognizing the technical consistency of its méthode tradicional approach. The winery operates within Cava's established framework—a region defined by limestone soils, altitude, and the discipline of extended aging on lees.
