The winery's flagship Kailani, a Cabernet Sauvignon, has been assessed by Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Wine Advocate. A straight Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah round out the core range. Stellenbosch's maritime-influenced climate and deep soils favour structured red wines with dark fruit intensity and aging potential. The Cabernet Sauvignon here shows the variety's characteristic cassis and cedar character, while the Syrah expresses the peppery, savory notes typical of the region's cooler slopes.
