Quinta da Rede

Quinta da Rede sits in the Douro, Portugal's most prestigious wine region, where steep terraced vineyards and schist soils shape wines of mineral precision and depth. The winery works with the region's classic varieties: Arinto de Bucelas, Viosinho, and Gouveio for whites; Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional for reds. The Grande Reserva Branco blends these white grapes into a wine that has drawn attention from Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Wine Advocate. Its red counterpart, the Grande Reserva Tinto, combines the dark, structured varieties that define Douro character. The Vinha do Pinheiro Branco offers a second expression of the white blend. These wines reflect the Douro's continental climate and ancient granite bedrock—conditions that yield whites with acidity and aromatic complexity, and reds built on tannin and dark fruit.
