Quinta de la Quietud
Quinta de la Quietud produces wines from Castilla y León, Spain's expansive continental plateau. The winery focuses on Tempranillo and Tinta de toro—indigenous varieties that thrive in the region's demanding climate of hot days and cool nights. Actitud de Quietud Toro, a Tempranillo wine, leads the portfolio. La Mula de la Quietud and Corral de Campanas, both built on Tinta de toro, round out the core range. These wines have been assessed by Falstaff and Wine Advocate, reflecting the winery's engagement with serious critical evaluation. Tinta de toro, the local name for Tempranillo in the Toro appellation, produces wines with dark fruit intensity and structured tannins suited to the terroir's mineral soils and altitude.
